T/Code – S_ALR_87013558 - negative commitments

Hi ALL,

T/Code u2013 S_ALR_87013558

Executing this report against WBS, and it is showing u2013ve value against one of the WBS, when I drill down it shows 3 WBS & 1 maintenance order (in the end) comes up showing negative value in commitment column.

But when I check Maintenance Order Budget commitment report in IW32 it shows ZERO against commitment.

There is a PR against this order which further has lot of POu2019s n GRNu2019s, but not able to figure out the reason for NEGATIVE COMMITMENT VALUE??

Can anyone guide something on this?

Hi,

I also got this issue, it seems when u delete line items on PO/PR, this issue might come but once i execute CJEN it was sorted out, so just try CJEN
