Reversal settlement rule CJ88 last month period? Possible?

Hi All,

Is it possible to reverse the settlement that has been done last month or last 2 month and then settle to recent month? is there any impact to FICO module? How can we do the correct reversal?

Plz advice.

I cannot see any reason why not - check wih your FI guys

you must have FUL settlement rule and not periodic for the settlement rules

Hi,

Plz give me some advice. I have scenario : In the end of december 2008, we will do settlement project to GL account and in 1st or 2nd January 2009 we are going to do reversal using CJ88.

Is there any issue?

you could use accrual and and deferrals from FI

but basically i cannot see anything wrong in doing what you want

You can do that no problem, just make sure your all a/c entries get reverse.
