Cross ref table maintainence

Hello,

What would be the ideal situation for cross reference table.i.e. we have cross ref table for Email Ids. Based on certain group we are getting email IDs dynamically these values are maintained in cross ref table(lookup flat) in MDM.

Would it be a good idea to have such kind of cross ref in MDM or we should maintain this in middleware (XI) as XI is the one ,sending emails.

Hello Bindi.

Ideally MDM should be used for mantaining master data only. If your cross reference information has a meaning for Xi and not for master data, my suggestion would be to have that table stored in Xi.
