Value Only Articles - GR Issue

Dear Friends,

We customized a screen for doing PO and GR for the Value Only Articles (VOA). The screen contains the following input fields, Article Number, Site, vendor, Date. Once given the said inputs, the system automatically calculates the value, margin values etc. After clicking the button called Create PO& GR, system generates PO alone, GR not getting generated for a particular article. Error shows, GR not possible for the PO number XXXXXXX. For other articles, system generating both PO & GR successfully.

For Ex. : Article 1000001 Site 9999, syetem generate both PO & GR successfully

Article 1000002 Site 9999, PO generated and GR not generated.

I hope the problem is very clear. I would really appriciate if you could help me.

Check for the confirmation control of the article in the Inforecord. It should be "confirmations" for GR at Plant. If it is anything else, GR will not happen.

Hi Vinod,

Thanks for your reply. Both Articlesu2019 confirmation control has not maintained in the info record. Conf. cntl required only while doing manual GR. But I'm sure about it.

Because one article (1000002) getting PO & GR without any issue even conf.cntrl is not maintained.

Is there any other possibility to solve this?
