Font Family for Hp printers

Hi All,

We are facing the issue in Footer while sending the PO through Email.

The Footer text is getting disturbed when we are trying to send the PO through Email with the printer robu001

The Footer text is not getting disturbed when we are using the LOCL printer.

Is there any way to install font family for this HP or should i try a new device type. iam confused. can you please help.

HPLJ4000 TN(name of the printer)

HPLJ4 series Latin2 charset(name of device type)

C:Direct Operating system call(Host spool access method)

try changing device type

HPLJ4000 or POST2
