HI,

Can I use the same quotation for number of sales orders.

It is been that I alraedy used that quotation and that sales cycle is closed.

You can use the same quotation for number of sales orders-

to do this- u need to maintain the "completion rule" in quotation item category.

Dear Rahul,

As per the standard settings you can't copy the quotation after completly copied to sales order, but through copy control settings you can copy the same quotation quantity number of times to the slaes order.

Go to VTAA transaction selcet your quotation and sales order then go in to the item level settings here you find the field Pos./neg. quantity maintain this field as - Negative then try.

Note:- Don't change the standard settings you copy the standard one the do the changes accordingly.

You do the changes if your businees process needs.
