what is meant by order to cash and the data flow digram of it ?

I m making a project in SAP in category "Order-to-cash"

so i want to describe order to cash in a data flow diagram process in a business wise and if possible please help me by posting power point or something like that a small project of order to cash

the process flow from creating a quotation to sales order to delivery to billing and once u release ur doc to accounts against which incoming payments are posted in f-28..

from raising an order to getting ur payment from ur customer is OTC cycle.

Hi,

For our OTC (order to cash) project, sales process is Quotation->sales order->billing->posting.We donot have any delivery.you can have your business proces([OTC) as data flow diagram based on your reqirement of processing sales order(which can include Eg: quotation->order->order confirmation etc).

Order to cash is nothing but the process flow from sales order till the customer line item clearance. Sales order, delivery, billing, FBL5n and F-28.
