Dear GSK,

Please take help from "Search Forum".

Workflow is always with reference to a business object related to some application like Sales order, Delivery or invoice etc. Basically 3 things to know to work on Workflow;

T code SWO1 - Regarding Business object directory

Here you can create the business objects or copy the existing objects to Z objects and modify the methods and events . Then

T code PPOC - Creation/maintaining the orgn structure

Here define the positions, Jobs and chief positions, users etc. Then

T code PFTC - task creations

Create the customer task, assign the business object and method and do the binding, define events, define container elements etc.

Finally build the Workflow builder with different tasks and activities.
