Conversion of RFC Date Format

Hi

We are invoking an RFC from XI and the response table is having DATE as column type for one of the field.

RFC is returning date in YYYYMMDD format. But when we see the response in SXMB_MONI, the field is displayed in dd-mm-yy and the date displayed is wrong as well.

e.g. RFC returns 20060220

displayed in SXMB_MONI as 20-06-02

Any help on this!!!

Check out, which data type is actually taken.

You should have the data type DATS which is the same as the internal type D.

Did you change the RFC interface after the first sending? In that case, it is wrong in cache.

Use "Date Trans" function in Standard function in IR Mapping Tool to format the date to your desired format.
