Dear All,
I have set the "Ac. year 2008-09" Academic Year and done the session assignment to it in the IMG.
But when I create a cohort, I can not find the "Ac. year 2008-09" selection in the Edit Sess.of Offrg.
How can I fix it? Is there any extra setting I need to do?
Thanks in advance.
Warm Regards
Dear xavier,
Kindly check the Evaluation Path maintained in the configuration under academic calendar.
Standard wil be PIQSTD (Am not sure)
Go to OOAW tcode and copy the the above Evaluation path to custom EP say ZPIQST
Here add the Cohort relationship values in it
Your issue will be solved..
Any help, let me know..

Dear All,
Thanks for your answers.
I have checked my Cohort Context Setting. There is one setting:
Inftyp. Infotype Name Subtyp Subtype Text
1764 Cohort Context 0001 Module Booking
Is it enough?
About the Academic Calendar, I have built one.
I know if we build 1 module, we have to assign Academic year to it in PIQCAM.
Then we could assign Session of offering in PIQ_ACSTRUC.
Do I also need to do process I mentioned?
Another question is I cannot see the cohort built already in PIQCAM in its searching results.
Warm Regards
Xavier Zhang

Dear Zhang,
From the description the exact nature of problem is not clear. Could you please elaborate bit more.
As far as my understanding goes, you have created the cohort and trying to create events for this. But unable to see it in sessions of offering. If i am aright, then please go "Edit Sessions of offering" and click the required session you want to offer it.
If you are unable to view any academic year/session there then check whether you have specified your Top Organization unit correctly or not.
Hope this will solve your issue.
Warm Regards

Dear Zhang,
Please check the settings of cohort context in IMG. If settings are correct then go to PIQCOH00 and create a cohort as per your requirements.
Hope this will solve the issue.
Warm Regards
Vinod Kumar
