Not able to print in SAP

Former Member

Hi All,

There isn¡¦t a problem with the printer itself, as other users are able to print. However one specific user logged in under his profile and try to print, the printer says it is printing, but nothing prints out.

hi shiva,

Please check if you are able to print anything at all from the machine (something Non SAP). If yes, please follow the Print troubleshooting guide at: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/d9/4a8fbb51ea11d189570000e829fbbd/content.htm

hi shiva,

please check your user specific setting. use SU01, type your user ID.

Check on Defaults Tab

Make sure that Output Immetiately option (on Spool Control) has been check (v) other wise its print won't come out.

Hi Ardhian,

I have checked the defaults tab as advised, the settings look fine . Under spool control Output Device is LOCAL and Output Immediately check box is ticked.

Any further suggestions ?
