checking the CCMS

Hi,

I have configure the Mail and CCMs in my System.

I have tested the mail using SBWP and it is workign fine.

After that i go to SOST and i could not see any CCMS reqeusts.

I dont know whether CCMs is not working or no CCMS alerts are generated.

Hence plesae let me know of how to test whether my CCMS is working or not

CCMS emails are routed to Client 000

hi,

I understand taht i have to confgure the SOST, SCOT and activate the nodes inRZ20 in client 000

I have document from SAP tutor which does not tell me that the CCMs has to be confired in client 000 only

Please confirm

Its from Client 000, check documents from help.sap.com

you can do most of the CCMS Config in other Client than 000

But the email configuration (sender/receiver) needs to be done in 000

The emails will also go through 000
