Upload Customers (Sold-To Party) from ERP into cprojects

Hi Experts,

is it any standard / easy way to upload the Customers from ERP into cProjects? ALE? on the standard cProjects screen there are 2 fields sold to party and ship to party that mao to the BPs. Are those valid only if CPR sits on CRM box? It's quite confusing...

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Amit,

Thank you for your answer. This will send the Personnel records from HR. I am interested in the Customers records from SD. When you opnem a project at the Project Def level, on the Additional Data Tab there are 2 fields: Sold to Party and Customer Number. These fields map to the Business Partners - so my query is how do I get the Customers uplaoded as Business Partners in cProjects.

hi boss,

go to transction (t code) SE38,

put HR_SYNC_PERSON, excute.

after excuting it will show all the employes in ur HR data (human resources)

after executing , list appears. at right top end , there is reuse button, it will transfer all employess to cprojects
