Department in VL10A

Hi,

How to make the "department" appear in VL10A???

It's appear empty, however, a "Department" is affected in the customer data (Tab: Contact person)

What's the source of this fields.

You may check the error with:

Program: SAPMF02D

Table Name: TSAB

Field Name: ABTNR

Screen No.: 7000

Hope, this information help you ABAPer to resolve your issue of "missing department data" in VL10A from:

XD02/03 --> General Data --> Contact Person --> Department

Dear Amit,

Maybe the source of "department" is not in the customer data.

How to check this point.

Hi omar

In CMR ,General data -> unloading point tab , when you assign the factory calendar , you can assign the unloading point and also the department also

Hi omar

If you maintain a contact person and assign for that customer (Ex: customer no 1000) and when you create sales order with that customer 1000 and do delivery VL10A then you can fill the contact person field as you have maintained in CMR for that customer.

What do you mean by CMR.

In fact, in a customer, i create a contact person XD02 with a department but i don't see this department in the VL10P.

Could u explain in more details the requirement? VL10A sales order tab already contains a field called department I think.
