When I release a contract the action is not triggered. In the output customizing for BBP_PD_CTR action profile we have customized as processing time -> Processing when saving document

we face exactly the same problem. i think the cause is the OSS note 1139546:

"When any Business object is outputted using the Print option, then for each print option two spool requests are created."

This set's half of the function BBP_OUTPUT_PRINT on remark, and for the "single" spool request no output request is triggered.

When you go to SP01, you see that the spool request is there but no output request is there.

I've addressed it with SAP 1 month ago and still did not get a resolution to that issue!! Let me know if you found someting!
