VA05 updation

Dear Gurus,

VA05 will display list of open sale orders.

If I am not wrong, VA05 might be using some info-structures to update the same.

I want to know which info structure is used to updated this.

For a particular customer, VA05 doesn't display open orders.

But in FD33, I could be able to see the open orders for the same customers.

What could be the reason for this.

Please check with SAP Note no. 1040893.

This will help you to understand the Credit Update Process. SAP recommends to run Program RVKRED77 in case where incorrect credit update is there.

HI,

There is no info structure used in VA05.

Instead, VA05 checks SO line item's status and upate no info structure.

FD33 can display the number of credit exposure. This number is only updated when receiving the payment for SO.

Hi venkatesh

Check wheather in VD02 ->sales area data -> sales tab , you have assigned cust statistics grp as 1 . Generally it should be the customer analysis , so it should be related to standard info structure S001 which is customer analysis .

For that particular customer, have you maintaintained "1" for the field Statistics in Sales Area Data of customer master ??

Dear Guru,

For that particular customer, the customer statistics group has set as 1.

But, in VA05, it is not displaying the open orders for this particular customer.

But in FD33, i am able to see the values under open orders..

What could be the reason?

Hi

VA05 will display order for Sold-to customer. If you give Bill-to or Ship-to on the customer field, it will not display customer. FD33 shows order irrespective of the Partner type.
