Question in RFx

Hi experts,

We create a different group for the questions to the RFx item as described in SAP Help Documentation( [Link |http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm2007/helpdata/en/46/44f449e4ab51ede10000000a114a6b/content.htm]). Now we have the requirement of disable this group of questions for certain users .

How can we achieve this?

We have tried to manipulate this in SPRO in the following steps but without sucess:

Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> RFx -> Questions

The SRM version is 6.0 SP04.

Go to Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> RFx -> Assign dynamic attributes to groups and then delete the attributes assigned to the group. Since the questions are assigned to the attributes, the questions will not be visible with the deletion of attributes-groups assignment as mentioned above.

Then create new groups for those users who want to see the questions and assign the attributes to that group only.

You can also create/manage bidding questions through portal(SRM) by login as purchaser role in Bidding section Those questions will not be visible in SPRO.
