partner fiunction- table n field

Hi,

I configuraed partner dermination for employee responsible at sales order item level.

i created a sales order and assigne the employee name. now i want the table and field name for this partenr.

in which table it will be stored.

Hi,

this information will be available in VBPA table.

SE16 VBPA press enter. enter value in partner function field and execute.

System will give list of sales orders with this partner function.

System will show you only employee number, not employee name. If you want to see the employee name

take address number from address field (E.g 9000002).

Now goto SE16 enter ADRC and press enter.

Enter address number and press execute. you will get employee details.

Its stored in VBPA (Table) - PARVW (Field)

Check Table: VBPA - Partners in sales order; with

T. Code: SE16

You will find the field "Partner Function". Select your Partner Function Code for Employee responsible and Click F1.

Click Tab: Technical Information. and you will come to know about Screen-Field (i.e. Table Name+Field Name).

where contact person n sales employees i guess it will store in ADDR table.

If you have defined the Partner function for you sales employee then you can find it in table KNVP
