Adapter Monitering

Hi,

We have installed PI and post installation configuration steps are over

But In RWB page when we check for adapter monitering all the adapter are inactive: component status is not defined

Hi,

If you see Adapter Monitoring in RWB means those will be in Grey Color only

that is not a problem, its the basis behaviour of that.

Try to execute the scenarion and check whether all the message are flowing or not

In my opinion Adapters with gray color and this message is not a problem. you can work with them.Try and lets know.

When u actually run the scenario that time ur channel status will change it to active. Adapter monitoring is now a part of component monitoring.

can u go to Component monitoring and check the status of comm channel.

Check Communication Channel monitoring at the same page instead of adapter monitoring. In the latest SP's CC monitoring has replaced Adapter Monitoring.
