Incentive and Commission Management

Hi,

I am trying to work on Incentive & Commission Management. But apart from sap.help documents, I did not find any other documents that will help. From that I could not understand the configuration part, and am unable to understand what are the requirements? like whether it can be configured in R/3 or it also require CRM.

I have tried configuration with T code CACSIMG. but could not head further. Kindly, if somebody has some documents on this topic particularly on configuration part it will help me lot.

SAP has approved software for incentives and payback process, it is called Vistex, which makes things very simple for the most complicated I & C Management.
