our client (indian) doing business Factory and Export sale. how one need to configure pricing procedure. Do we need to copy existing procedure and make changes according to requirements or create new one.
Also please explain the condition types to be created for Factory sale and Export sales with details.

Hi Shiv,
In addition to copying for JINEXP where you will only get 4 condition types like price, isnurance and freight, you may also need to added few more condition types like Assessable value, excise base value etc., for Factory sales you will have all the conditions available in the standard JINFAC pri proc.

if you want to use the factory and export sales.
then would suggest you to copy the existing pricing procedure and do the changes which required.
for factory sales use JINFAC and for export sales use JINEXP.
so copy these pricing procedure and maitain your new pricing procedure as per ur client

o would suggest copy the pricing procedures from the existing & add new condition types that are required as per the business requirement.
You can have 2 different pricing procedures for factory & export sales & as these will be mapped as 2 different distribution channels or sales orgs.
Pricing procedure: Sales area + doc pricing proc + cust pricing proc.
So your pricing will change for factory & export sales.
As far as the condition types are concerned, it depends on the business process.
