Could anyone tell me the how to install MQ Series and Configure the same?

Send me the detailed document for doing File to JMS Scenario.

Secondly, configure JMS adapters;

You need to create the Queue manager, Queue at the MQ side and use that Queue name in the channel configuration for receiving the message.
