Dear All....
After doing all SDCC settings in Solman & Setelite server(RFC & Auth.), when i create any support message from Setelite server i m getting error:
Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System
Kindly suggest.

Did you maintain number ranges in tx: DNO_NOTIF ?
Check if the user used in BCOS_CUST RFC got appropriate authorization in Sol Man System.

Did you maintain table BCOS_CUST in the satellite system? Also did you set up Service desk in Solution Manager?
The setup of SDCCN is not sufficient for using support messages.
