text determination issue

Hi gurus,

In text determination . The text not copied from the customer master even though i did the configuration settings for the text determination in votxn for customer. In xd02, i maintained the text in extras tab but the moment when am creating slaes order the text is not copied from the customer master to sales order what could be the reason.

i maintained text types, determination procedure,

assigning text id to determination.

Dear Rack29,

You need to do the text determination for the customer master as well as sales order header or item in VOTXN transaction.

If you want to copy the text from the customer master then you need to maintain table KNVV or KNA1 as Text Objects in the sales order Access sequence for Text ID's.

If you are maintaining from sales area data tab then you take KNVV table as Text object or if you are maintainig text from general data tab then you take KNA1 table as Text object.
