Maybe the better question - is 11.5 supported? IIS would probably still work and maybe the install, but the real unknown would be the embedded ServletExec install. Keep in mind that the full MII 11.5 install is over 3 years old, and the subsequent service packs are just cumulative code updates.
http://service.sap.com/pam shows the approved platforms for the MII versions as well as planned dates for support, etc.
