Work item from an user to another

Hi experts is there a way to transfer workitem from an user to another NOT VIA ITS (Web Service) but by SapGui?

I know that exists the way to download the Inbox with a FM, can i send the messages downloaded to another user?

Hi,

You can goto TCODE SBWP in SAPGUI.There you can fwd the work item to nay other user in the system.

thanks for the answer.

But i'd like to forward from an User (not me) to another (not me).

Example:

I'm the Administrator and i want to forward the Shopping Cart 44*** from an user X to another user Y.

Is this possible?

Hi,

Please follow the below procedure.

1. Get the workitem id..( to get this go to t-code swi6 provide the Object type=bus2121, click on "Enter Object key" enter the SC Number, Selection Variant-All Instances , Selection Peroid - All)

2.Execute and get the workitem id (or ) you can get this from BBP_PD( Bottom of the screen you will find the workid )

3.Get the workid , Go to T-code SWIA and Under identification give the workid Number and Execute

4.In the Application Bar, there will be a button called "Administrator Forward"

5.Click on that , Now it asks for user id , Provide "Y" user id in your case.

6.Now the workitem moves from "X " Inbox to "Y" Inbox..
