acknowledgement Message Status problem

I got this acknowledgement message status on the TC sxi_monitor when basis guy send the idoc from TC we02:

"Still waiting acknowledgement"

It appears with a green circle and inside it, it got a question sign (?)

This interface is a new one, that was working in Dev and QA some months, and today I transport it to Prod and this happened when we try to test it.

It is from a sap to non sap system.

What do I miss? What else do I have to do? I dont know what is this acknowledgemet that xi is giving me...

Hi!

Currently direct Acknowledgements are not supported for IDocs in XI/PI. You should turn it off in XI/PI using report IDX_NOALE. For acknowledgements you would have to use the special IDoc ALEAUD.

I think you were right.

I go to SE38 and execute the ixd_noale, and I added the idoc in there.

The message is still with that warning; basis guy sent it again and it doesnt appear anymore that warning.

Hi,

there is a table in xi, where u can register the idocs for which u dont need acknowledgement.enter the idoc type,system client and save . i dont remember the name but it is something like IDXNOALE.

Hi,

This problem does occur when there is very huge amount of data being sent. XI takes some time for processing large data.

The dev and QA systems hold smaller amount of data compared to Production systems.

Please do wait for some time and check again
