Default Purchasing Group

Experts,

I have one doubt, In browser when user is trying to create SC.. he should select the purchasing group...can we make for any user a default purchasing group in PPOSA_BBP

While creating Shopping basket (SB) (Or) Shopping Cart, in the default setting you have to give the Default purchasing group ,so while creatin gshooping cart you need to give.

Hello Mohammed,

To complete what wrote Ganesh, purchasing group assigned to a Shopping Cart item is defined using responsability tab of this purchasing group: a purchasing group can have a Product Category and/or Organizational responsability.

In "Default Settings for Items" section from 'Shop' transaction, user can change his Product Categories.

Those data are coming from list maintained for Product Categories in "Extended Attributes" tab's SC creator.

So, in order to have a default Purchasing Group for SC items, set by default (in "Extended Attributes") one of Product Categories managed by the corresponding Purchasing Group.

Hi,

In the PPOMA_BBP in the function tap enter the purchasing group.

While creating the SB, the default Purchasing group has to be set in the DEFAULT Setting .

So every time while creating SB you need not give the purchasing group .

In PPOMA_BBP,the purchasing group under which the user is assigned is his default purchasing group!
