sso between r/3 and J2ee web dynpro

Hi,

Their is no Portal .So we need to develop web dynpro on standalone WAS and users will access WAS with user id and password.

This applications connects to R/3 so t we need to enable single sign on using logon tickets to the back end r/3.

What are the steps to configure sso with logon tickets between j2ee .(NO PORTAL).

How to configure AS Java as ticket issuing system adn r/3 as ticket accepting system.Any hints should be highly helpful?

I am really not sure if this works for you, but just check out this thread. Windows authentication might be the procedure which you are looking for.
