Pricing date in Billing document

Former Member

Hello everyone,

In billing document and sales document there is a field called pricing date. In billing document pricing date will get its value from sales document. For example in sales document, if pricing date is 11/12/2008, then in billing document also it will be 11/12/2008. But in my case, pricing date in billing document is being copied from post goods issue date. This should not happen. Any clue to sort this.

Thanks in advance.

dear vijay,

i donot think so it is possible with copy controls.

plz use user exits available at billing.

try to make use of USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP .. to fill in the invoice date from the sales order into the billing document.

regards

Standard SAP defaults billing date(FKDAT) as pricing date and billing date normally matches with good issue date. If you want this to be different, you need to change the copy control(data transfer) routine to copy yhe order pricing date into VBRP-PRSDT(invoice pricing date).

Hi

In VTFL select your del type and billinfg type and go for item category details

In that there is field called **price source** and maintain BLANK there

I think you you have maintained either D or E there

This should solve your issue
