Configuration Service Desk VARs: AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON

Hi all,

I try to configure the Service Desk for VARs using the "Configuration Service Desk for Value-Added Resellers (VARs)".

At chapter 3.3.2 I try to verify (Tcode SE19) if the Classic BAdI Implementation and New BAdI Enhancement Implementation are active.

The Classic BAdI Implementation AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON is not active.

How can I active it?

For the other (AI_SDK_SP_RFC, AI_SDK_SP_PPF and AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP) there are IMG activities in SPRO transaction but I don't find nothing for AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON.

Could you please help me??

Hi Moreno,

Have you tried this?

- run SE19

- enter classic BAdI Implementation: AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON

- choose "Change"

- choose in the menu "Implementation -> Activate"

Hi,

I want to deactivate AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON, but when I try to do it using deactivation icon in se19, I get a message, that:

"There are Customizing entries associated with the activity control of this Business Add-In implementation. This means that you can only change the activity status of this implementation from the IMG."

Does anybody know where in IMG I can do this deactivation?

Hi Lukasz,

Try following path.

SAP Solution Manager -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Service Desk -> Service Desk -> General Settings -> Show additional fielder in message lists

This will activate or deactivate AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON.
