Shipment Error

Hi All,

When i am trying to delete the Shipment which is processed system is giving me the below error

"Shipment 11609974 has Status > Planned. C.Delete!"

how can i overcome this i want to delete the shipment

Dear Mani,

Go to VT02N transaction enter your shipment number then go in to the details here you remove the Execution and Planning date from Deadl. tab (before stages tab).

Now try to delete.

Hi,

After entering the t-code vi02 and shipment cost document number,

1) double click on item

2) goto settlement tab

3) select CANCELLATION field and save the document.

Yes ram i tried with what you said but in transaction MR8M while cancellin the invoice system is asking me for "BAR CODE" what shal i do.

Hi All,

When I am trying to delete Group Shipping cost items in transaction VI02 system prompts me an error

"Document cannot be deleted, since item xxxxx cannot be deleted" or "Selected item(s) not deleted - already transferred".

Antbody pls help me to overcome this error.

Hi Mani Rupa.,

As soon as you save the shippment cost system ill save the service entry sheet (autoamtically / Manually ML81N)

First Reverse the document (T code MR8M), Then try to delete the shippment cost document and then Shippment document.

hi,

i think there must be a shipment cost document for this shipment document.first you delete the shipment cost document and then try to remove the planning date.

Goto shipment cost change txn(vi02) using the shipcost document number and use the delete button in the header section of the screen....Hope this is helpful...

Hi Mani, pls try to uncheck the relevant boxes in the "planned" & delete the dates in the "planned" field before deleting shipment.

I tried to uncheck all the buttons except the planning as it is grayed out.what shal be done
