business area

The business area that is determined through Cost Center table is having conflict with the business area that is maintained against the Sales organisation and plant in SD. Hence the configuration for business area against Sales org and plant in SD is removed.

I need to manually enter the business area in sales order,but it is greyed out.pls tell me any config that allows me to enter business area manually.

Dear Richard,

I dont think you can manually enter Business Area in sale order which will come under Account Assignment at Header level tab.

In order to flow automatically, go to

SPRO --> IMG --> SD --> Basic Functions --> Account Assignment/Costing --> Business Area Account Assignment.

Here maintain the required datas and create a fresh sale order.
