SRM confirmation

Hello.

Why does SRM provide the messages below when deleting a goods receipt confirmation? Please can an explanation be provided?

System status INCM is active (Confirmation 5000000001)

Cancellation of a subquantity is not possible (Item 1)

Item cancellation not possible because return delivery quantity <> 0 (Item 1)

The PO is a simple single line goods item.

What is the qty you have received & what is the qty you are trying to return?
