COnfiguration is missing

Hi,

Iam Creating with COnfiguration material and Normal material....

while creating Scheduling agreement with Noraml material(FInished Goods) iam getting the error COnfiguration is missing for this material ...and when iam going to maintain the incompletion for this material......"Material is not configurable "System is giving message like this...

I checked in item Category and material master and morover Copy control....

Still iam getting the message ....

Dear Raj,

Check the reqt type determined in the procurement tab for the material.I think the reqt type is forcing it to be configurable in the sales order. Change it.

Check item category group of that normal material.

HI,

I taken as Finished Product and The itemcategory group is Norm and Item category is LPN(i didn't maintain the Tab Bill of material/Configuration).

Morover i didnt maintain the PRocurment tab in Material master data.

Still iam getting the error.......

I hav not asked to check the procurement tab matl master data. I asked u to check in the sales order procurement tab to check the reqt type.Plos check what reqt type is getting determined and if it's demanding the matl to be configurable.

Did you check bill ofmaterial/configuration part in item category. Has anything maintained out there ?

Hi sam,

I checked in Procurement tab in SO....It is determined 041(Order/Del req)....its not related to Configurable...

I didnt touch the Billof material/Config in Item category.......everything is Rgt.

Please check the material master data of that material.

What is material type of that material !

What is the itemcategory group is maintained ?
