we have one material with variant for which we have maintained material discount with scale. for example for order qty of 4 to 10 discount is 2% and for above 10 qty discount is 5%.
now a customer gives order for 5 qty he will get 2% discount. but suppose for each unit he selects different values for a particular characteristic, in that case we have to enter the material in following manner in sales order -
item material order qty
10 3742 1
12 3742 1
14 3742 1
16 3742 1
18 3742 1
in this case system is not calculating the discount however he is eligible for discount. we have one option is of group condition but in that case if he ordered another material with the variant material than the other material will also become eligible for discount.
pls explain how we can maintain that he should get the discount.
