Hi everyone.
Does any of you have any idea how i can reprice every sales order that is on the SAP system.
Is there a transaction to do this or a ABAP program?
The reason is we have quite a few sales orders and these all have different pricing dates, it has been found that the conditions records where incorrect. The condition records have been updated but alas the sales order do not update automatically, so when we come to bill the items it is still looking at the old values, we can of course "update pricing" be we are talking over 300 sales orders.
Any help would be much appreciated
Dear Steve
Go to VA05 and execute. From top menu bar, click on Edit --> Mass Change --> New Pricing

Hi Steve,
Pls use update pricing indicator in the pricing for billing document , so that it will redetermine the price.
ie here you need to change the value in the condition record as well.
As far as ABAP is concerned we can change the invoice documents with what ever price we want by modifying the layout program.

Dear Steve,
In such case, try with LSMW or BDC-Program.
Also, I have read so many times (though, I' ve not tried personally)
T. Code: VA05
Edit --> Mass Change --> Carry-out new Pricing
Just try it out, also.
Best Regards,
Amit
