i want to know what are the steps

when the system is not comming up

Hi sateesh,

The best way to start with is by looking at the trace files dev_w0.here you will get the information about the failure.

Check if your database is running or not.

Eecute command

r3trans -d

which will give you a log file trans.log

check trans.log for more error information.
