Hi Experts,

I met a problem in the sales order process.

The condition record for PR00 has been maintained, and in the condition analysis, it shows that the condition record has been found. But the rate did not appear in the sales order. Can someone answer me? Thank you!

Hi Robin

I think, there is no problem in access sequence as in the analysis it is mentioned that "condition record found".

I think, first you should check the validity period of condition record.

Next, you should check if the "exclusion" or "deletion" check box is marked for the condition record.

In the Pricing procedure, check condition type should have been marked "Mandatory" and put requirement "2".

Dear Emily,

Please check the access sequence is available to that condition type through V/07 transaction.

If not available then define and asign the access sequence to that condition type now system will fetch the price from the condition record.
