Planning Element

Hi,

I need to remove the tick of the planning element, but the system is not allowing to remove it,

Can you please inform me when does the system disables the Planning Element Check Box.

Hello,

Just check in CJ40 whether you have specified Project Plan.

Hi

There is no error just the the Planning Element Check Box is Disabled in cj12 ( thus cant be changed)

Also there isnt any issue in Field status , as I had earlier inserted the Tick for planning element,

but now when i want to remove it.. I cant, as its disabled....

Hi,

Run CJEN to reconstruct project database.

Then you will able to remove.

' Test ' should be unchecked.

Hi Ask,

If the Planning element indicator has been set in plan profile of your project in OPSB, you can only plan costs on those WBS elements that have been designated planning elements.

Once you plan the cost on that WBS elemets 7 aftewr it if you wanted to uncheck at that time system will not allow.

Go to OPUK Select field selection as WBS element.--> Check the radio button for the Planning element ( it should be filled in the input field not in dispaly ) ..
