Hi

it should have a link to the message which it processed. If there is no link it should have some error. When you get the link in any of the log entries here just click on that to verify paylaod.

If unable to find entry put the file again to polling directory and check again in RWB

Thanks

Hi

Then there is some problem with your file.

What you are trying to achieve? Are you doing FCC?

Check with the file permissions it should be 777 and source location in sender adapter.

Thanks

Hi

Hopefully FCC error will not be empty document found. Check with permissions.

If its a windws box then right click properties and check for all Read/Write/Modify if its a unix box download a free utility like Filezilla to access FTP locations and setting permissions etc.

Thanks

Hi,

If anything wrong in your FCC, you can find it in Message Monitoring in RWB under adpter Engine

RWB ---> Message Monitoring ---> Adapter Engine ---> Select your message

Sami.

Hi

Check RWB as said above. Go to communication channel monitoring and then check for payload. or error if any it shows.

If you can see the payload there then check SMQ1/SMQ2 may be it stuck.

Thanks

Gaurav
