hope you guys can help me. the problem is with the installation : during the last but one step " configuring developmnet infrastructure- the error raised is assigning users to groups was executed with status error : can any body help me

Not enough information here...

This suggest that for some reason either the groups do not exist or the installation does not have enough rights to create them.

Go through the pre-installation steps on the the manual and make sure you have completed all users related tasks.

HI,

What product, OS, installation, user are you using? You need to provide little more information to anyone to be able to help you out here. But personally I think its a permissions issue. Make sure you are using root equivalent user to do the installation and make sure that the installation user is not trying to update the domain information.
