Hello,
When we open a catalog in the shopping cart, a popup screen appears which asks us to enter the service user and password to access the particular catalog. The catalog should be opened right away, without this intermediate step.
We use CCM 2.0 and SRM 5.0 installed on two different systems.
the service user is defined on the CCM 2.0 system.
What did we forget? Any clues?

Thanks Masa, but we dont use single sign on users.
Nevertheless, I found SAP note 831908 and we choose for the option 4
the problem is resolved now.

Hi,
I think it is SSO issue.
What happens if you create the SRM user in CCM client and import SSO certificate from SRM to CCM ?
Transactions are STRUST and STRUSTSSO2.
