PI Installation

Hello,

We are planing to install PI 7.1 on Windows environment. We don't have any Central SLD setup yet. While installing PI we must choose either Central SLD or Local SLD. We are not sure which option is a good practice. That is go with Local SLD and synchorize with Central SLD later or first install Central SLD and register PI with central SLD.

Could anybody help me?

If you are planning to have load balancing then Central SLD is a preferred choice. This suits best for cluster environment as well. Otherwise you can go for Local SLD
