Hello ,
I have updated solman to SP stack 17 and now want to configure it for many resolving many issues in the service desk and Change management.
I have tried to follow the IMG guide and to some extent understood how it should be done.
Can anyone give me an elaborated description or link to what the BC's are what all BC's should be activated, how to proceed further without any confusion.
