Hi,
Communication channels in communication channel monitoring are in red even after the issue is resolved. The information we see for these channels is "Processing Errors In the Last 3 Days"..everyday the description changes with the addition of one extra day that is "Processing Errors In the Last n Days". after n days.
Is there any way that we can have them back in green once the issue is resolved ?

It is OK, Is it possible that the red button turns green after the issue is resolved because i can see the same error for 15 days. If we have a connectivity issue then there can be more than 10 or 15 channels and it really becomes difficul for us.

You should not worry about the red status. Because your messages will now pass through the channels successfully and you can monitor them there too..
The red status is coz you had an error 3 days ago. That will not even trigger an alert also.

I stop and start the channel but it is still in red. The communication channel is working fine.
Resarting the box will clear this but we cannot restart each time this isuue occurs.
Ca you suggest any parameter with which we can limit the number of days to 1.

Try stopping and starting again the cummincation channels which are showing in red if this doesnot work just restart the box once.
