How can I use a local funkction for every Desing-Objects in PI 7.1

Hello everybody,

i've create a local function under user_defined function in the Service Builder PI 7.1.

Now i will use this function in every Desing Objects and also for every user of PI. Can I copy this function in a global container or can I create this function in a global container, so everybody can use that function?
