ChaRM: mail notification for change manager within UC

Hi!

I would like to set up an automatic mail notification for change manager within urgent correction

(e.g. when the status has been changed, or when the UC has been changed from "Created" to "In Development").

I already applied actions described in sap note 865619 and customized these for transaction type "SDHF" (urgent correction).

My problem is that this action neither scheduled nor executed.

Question:

what do I miss or what is wrong with my configuration?

Hi Holger,

try this condition:

&Servicevorgang CRM.Anwenderstatus& [*] E0002+DHFHEAD

and &Servicevorgang CRM.ErrorFreeFlag& = X
