Free goods in STO

Can we have free dood determination for STO.

We can have it in PO... But STO???

If we can, pls tell me the Configuration

Hi

This is 100% retail scenario which i have not worked

But i think the screen layouts of both R3 and retail are same for ME21N

In that after the info record field there is check box for Return item and free item

If you tick the free item

check box then those items are not charged in the nett value of the doc

Suppose if you transporting 1000+100 pens from a distribution center to a store

then in STO first you give pen 1000 nos

and in the second line item you can give 100 pens with free ticked

I am try to tick the free line item but it is inactive stat

Hi Sudha,

For getting free goods in STO we need to Maintain the value 2 in the field "Discount in kind" in the Basic data in Article master.

Then we need to unable the Free good determination for STO. Path >SPRO> Material Management --> Purchasing --> Discount in kind --> Determination of free good schema.

And finally maintain the condition records for NR00 condition in the Transaction MBN1.

As Business not required Free goods determination, I have not confir any thing here

but as you replied I have try with "Discount in kind" but still that free item check box is disable mode only.

the same article I have Inword with PO doc type but in STO document only flag is not showing

Dear,

STO is just only Stock transfer. You can not give free quantity in STO.

HI Thanks for Reply,

But in my Scenario My DC will send the goods to Stores.. The sales will be happen in Stores.

Now when DC sending the goods to Stores the system has to know which products have the free goods. Ex: 10 KG ATTA always have the 1 kg sugar packet.

When i am sending the ATTA to stores the system has to pick the Sugar packets also..

Pls tell me some Suggestions on this scenario.
