Hi gurus
We are using windows 2003 server, oracle database and SAP ecc6.0.
Now we upgrade the RAM from 8 GB to 16 GB.
but we are getting same performence problem .
please tell me which SAP parameter can i change after upgrade the RAM .

change parameter PHYS_MEMSIZE accordingly if you have zero administration memory management enabled.
follow 88416 Zero administration memory management as of 4.0A/ Windows

Hi Kiran,
Have you determined the root cause of the performance issues? There are a couple possible reasons for performance problems. Adjusting your instance parameters may be the solution if the problem is with the application and allocation of memory. The system may still be using more swap space even though more physical is available.
The other possiblity is a tuning or patch issue with the Orcale software. Have you reviewed SAP note: 441663?

I'm assuming you're running 64bit.
Can you give more information on the 'performance problem'? Are you seeing a lot of red in ST02 and if so where?
